Executive Benefits Plan Design Manager
? Consults with and advises Managing Directors (sales consultants), Agents and Clients on designing nonqualified plans and funding corporate obligations (essential to case development process).
? Produce client proposals and assist in development of proprietary models
? Work directly with insurance carriers who specialize in COLI/BOLI products to analyze and compare features and benefits
? Presents annual valuations to clients. Makes recommendations on plan and financing changes based on valuation results and help facilitate supplemental COLI purchases for in-force cases.
? Advises clients on regulations that apply to specific plans.
Required Qualifications
? Strong understanding of life insurance products and illustration systems (preferably COLI) and ability to compare among various products and carriers
? Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Access a definite plus)
? ASA or FSA a plus
? Supervisory experience helpful but not essential
Desired Qualifications
? 7 ? 10 years of experience in executive benefits/consulting firm or insurance company
